Founder & Lead Inspector
I bring over 30 years of experience in construction and 8 years as a certified property inspector. My journey began in 1994 with All Solutions LLC, a renovation company. For 29 years, I developed expertise in building systems, structures, and exceptional customer service.
In mid 2018, I founded The Inspection Co. to offer professional inspection services tailored to homeowners and businesses. I am certified by InterNACHI and specialize in pre-drywall inspections, radon and mold testing, air quality assessments, and HVAC systems. These certifications allow me to deliver comprehensive inspection services for residential, commercial, and luxury properties.
I am proud to serve clients across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. My goal is to provide clear and detailed reports that help clients make informed decisions. Whether buying a home, investing in real estate, or maintaining a luxury property, The Inspection Co. is here to help.
